I am a PhD candidate in applied economics at Cornell University.
I study immigrants' labor market integration, the intergenerational transmission of wealth, and long-run consequences of racial violence using empirical methods in labor economics, economic history, and economic demography. I also develop strategies for probabilistic record linking, including the Census Tree Project.
My dissertation research is supported by the Russell Sage Foundation and the W.E. Upjohn Institute. Coauthored articles have been published or are forthcoming in Explorations in Economic History, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, and Demography.
